Look at skill listing here: http://www.xennon.co.uk/eliteskills/
And you should do a few test run just to get the hang of it first (practice makes perfect!)

i would add endure pain to the list, as well as healing breeze.
under 'remove condition' i personally think purge conditions is the best when your busy running...
as to remove hex, it really depends where you are. if you plan to run to citadel from copperhammer, i suggest bringing smite hex. but if you want to run forge, you really dont need it. customize your running build based on where you plan to run.
*note* i stopped running because if you do run, you get about the same amount of money as soloing uw, and the build is incredibly annoying to switch out of because you get no refunds from running, *unlike* farming. and to run really well you are going to have to take all the attribs out of hammer mastery or whatever and redistribute them on strength/tactics/healing, so plan on not using that character outside of running

I second the Endure Pain suggestion. And I'd take Heal Area over Mending. Mending is better for the first and last run, but the middle will murder you with enchants on, so both mending and breeze are out for at least that area. And you really need the energy, so mending becomes a pain in several ways. I'd game Breeze and heal sig, and that really should cover your healing needs, but if you're having trouble with the middle area switch breeze for heal area.
I'd also suggest taking ALL of your attribs out of attack skills, and going as high as you can in tactics while keeping strength high as well.
For armor I like Glad. A lot of guys say plate or whatever, but that energy is too nice to give up. Rememer you won't have much in the way of adren, and you will be spamming energy skills a lot faster than you think. Also, if you take mending you're REALLY gonna need energy.
