advice
Well Slightly odd advice i am asking. Basically i like warriors. I like being the guy that stands right up close and personal and smacks ya in ya head with my humungous sword. BUT.... I have recently started playing a magick user (me/ele) and i am finding it really hard not to run in and beat things to a bloody pulp. dont misunderstand i'm not a n00b, i dont go charging into battles and so on, but i enjoy being the front (or one of) man. Its really hard not being that.
Well anyway, what i wanted to know if anyone had made this "transition" or even from magicks to weapons, and how did you get over the "wanting to do the opposite of what your "natural class" wants"?
Thanks in advance dudes and dudets....

Play to the class strengths, not the weaknesses.

I got over trying to run to the front by realizing I was a much stronger addition to my team when I casted spells from the back while letting the warriors take the damage.

Why don't you have the infantry go first and have the calvary trampling them behind.
