Go and Recheck all of your SKILL REBALANCE HIT!!
the skill rebalance has hit.. some specific skills have been made amazing.. some now are semi useless/not as useful.
mesmers got hit hard on a couple of their skills... diversion takes 3 seconds to cast instead of 2 now. Energy Drain only takes away 8 energy form them.. eventhough you get 16(tap is similar) Its not necessarily the damage numbers that are different.. check your recharge times.. blood magic skill are now fast.. some of em at least.. |
