You might get better results if you used that lump of tissue between your ears.

It's not that hard to make your own builds. You start with a role and move on from there. Since you're N/Me, you could either go massive degen/hex heavy. Decide who you want to beat, and configure your skills to provide as much hate as you can.

Though why you wouldn't be a Me/N is beyond me. Fast casting is much more useful than soul reaping... at least for PVP.

Rend Enchantment
Strip Enchantment
Illusionary Burden
Arcane Echo
Power Block{E}
Parasitic Bond
Malaise
Res Signet

Rend=> Arcane Echo=> Power Block=> Mark of Subversion => Power Block(arcane echo'd one)=> Malaise to stop any maintained enchantments.

Basically you grab usually a monk, the off targeted ones preferably and make them useless till its their turn to die.

Strip Enchantment and Parasitic Bond are both for maintaining your health. while annoying the other team.

<edit>Like he said, Me/N would be a much better choice for PvP. especially with the ability to rune domination up to 16.
