restore condtion is a nice skill to use in pvp but if u want to remove your own condtions you will need another condtion remover like mend alinemt and that sucks since 2/8 of ur skills will be just for condtion removel so they need make restore condtion usable on self

First: Please take a minimal amount of time to edit your post so that it's readable. The changes "u" -> "you" and "ur" -> "your" are a good place to start.

Second: Restore Conditions is much better in an 8v8 setting, when 7/8 of your team is a legal target. You don't really need Mend Ailment, either -- letting a few conditions sit on the guy with Restore usually won't kill a team. It deserves elite status because it removes *all* conditions, and provides a massive heal in the process.

I've seen Restore Condition used very well in GvG. It is certainly worth the elite in some cases.

It is uber variant of Mend - removes all in a sec!
Just like Word of healing - uber healing for 5 mana! But also cannot be used on yourself.

When wathing skills take in mind that the dissadvantage is bigger than the advantage because you will adapt to the advantage and your skill usage and build must be taken in mind. If not, then you will suffer with this skill.

Skills that have no dissadvantage got big mana cost, high recharge or are elite with not so big effect. Piece and Harmony - elite +1 energy but if you cast other spell or attack it ends. Big deal - you are a monk and heal, dissadvantage doesn't even bother you. See?

That's because there are no remaining conditions after you use restore.

And yeah, restore condition is currently a very good option in tombs, due to the popularity of trappers. It's cheap, spammable and very effective on conditioned targets. Only problem is that you'll need someone else to bring condition removal as well.

You certainly don't want your restore cond. monk sitting around for ~15s with deep wound, cripple and other such nasties on him. You should definitely have a mend ailment on someone.
