Warrior Armor?
I just got my lvl 20 warrior to Droknar's, and seeing as how I won't be getting the 15 k armors anytime soon, or ever, I decided I'll get him some good 1.5k armors. What is a viable armor combination for both PVP and PVE, with priority on PVP?
I heard all glad's and one knight is the way to go, but then I looked at platemails and they look pretty sweet IMO. Are platemails usable in PVP or is the lack of energy going to set me back a lot? and also using smiting skills, which seems to be the common way, to farm?
Although looks are a priority I'd rather have my warrior killing not posing during the pvp times. Post suggestions please.

It's all based on preference. If you plan on using energy, go ahead and use gladiator's. If you plan on switching back and forth between PvP and PvE, Platemail is pretty good as well because of the higher AL. Knights/Ascalon is still debated on, so you could test and find out things for yourself.
Each to his or her own. Think ahead. If you change your mind after, having 2 sets of armor isn't too bad. Good luck to yah.

Platemail is inferior.
Weapon attribute helm
Gladiator's Chest
Gladiator's Leggings
Knight's Boots
Gladiator's Gloves/Stonefists (if you have a knockdown)
This is the most useful and most effective combo. You can switch the Knight's boots for Gladiator's boots if you use Knight's gloves and not Stonefists. It doesn't really matter, but you want one Knight's piece in either the gloves or boots location. Using something other than Stonefists on a Hammer Warrior is a crime.

When I first got to Daknar's I went for Plate. Then I switched to knights. After finding out the the kinghts bennies dont stack. I kept the helm (now hidden), and went with gald for power.
<--- Hehe dang old pic :-)
