Favorable WInds AND Read the Wind ... Stack???
One is a preperation, the other is a spirit. Both make your arrows go 2x faster and both add dmg. Pardon the newbiness of this question, but do they stack? Do arrows move 4x faster? Do you get extra dmg from both combined? or do they cancel each other out? My best guess is that you get the added dmg from both, but arrows do not move 4x faster.

Yes indeed they Stack; why wouldnt they?
