Thanks for all the insight guys, keep the skill suggestions coming.

Anyway I have made another edit, I have both added more res sigs and changed the Heal monk to Mo/Me as it just dosen't have enough energy management as is.

Weapon choice is a holy staff with 20/20 for healing prayers and put 20% enchantment wrapping.
Pick the +5 Armor head or +5 Insightful head.

Always keep channeling up and use Inspired hex for its energy management ability along with
Channeling. Dont bother casting hex that you steal.

Healing: 16 (+3 Super. +1 Scalp)
Divine: 10 (+1 Minor)
Inspiration: 9
Protection: 4 (+1 Minor)

1. Healing Touch / Heal Area (Self Heal and Healing ball)
2. Orison of Healing
3. Dwayna's Kiss
4. Heal Other
5. Mend Ailment
6. Inspired Hex
7. Healing Hands (E)
8. Channeling
