ok let me rephrase:
to kill runners: battle rage+ zealots
in a battle: fgj!, and shouts.
thing is, i would just say use battle rage, but someone said spamming shouts *without* battle rage is more effective. i then said that then you should put the two together, i.e.
rage
zealots
fgj!
shouts, etc here
which you can then mix between spamming shouts and then rage *at different points in the battle as seperate things to do*, not spam rage and shouts.
let me rephrase:
BATTLE RAGE + ZEALOTS
then SWITCH to
FGJ! + SHOUTS
got it?
yeah, im happy, i just get worked up sometimes n_n ^_^ etc etc
you then come in and say that running battle rage and then spamming shouts mean you loose all adrenaline, which is completely in disregard to what i said.

Seems I was thinking about a more efficient bodyguard and upon reading, Watch Yourself! gives 20 AL vs. any damage. [it doesn't specify anything so please clarify...]
New Royal Bodyguard! [less damaging, more guarding...]
W/Mo
9+1 Swordsmanship
10+2 strength
10 protection
7 healing
1+1 tactics
Sever Artery
Warrior's Cunning
Watch Yourself!
Warrior's Endurance {E}
Remove Hex
Convert Hexes
Mend Ailment
Healing Breeze / Vigorous Spirit
I figured Breeze, Spirit, or some other form of fast casting long lasting enchantment would suffice rather than a spike heal because with this build, all the warriors should have ~100+ AL vs. elemental and ~120 AL vs. physical. With so much resistance, there shouldn't be a reason to worry extremely about a damage spike. Because it's HoT, then hexes/conditions that counter it are simply removed through the respective anti-X skill.
I've lowered the swordsmanship cost to increase strength since Warrior's Cunning and Endurance are the 'keystones' to this build. Through their synergy, they can feed an effective battle system which prevents the other warriors from turning useless. I don't think going 16 strength is a good idea but if someone can support going 16 strength, please tell me!

So, does anyone think this will work? [now that I've posted w/x for every possible secondary?]

Well really there are some benefits to the spike healing and healing breeze. Should anyone get a deep wound (or hex of the like), they'll receive 20% less healing thus making Heal Other a lot less effective. The HoT of Healing Breeze however remains unaffected. Vigorous Spirit will heal for one or two points less with a deep wound so there is no real threat there.
I think Vigorous Spirit would probably be better, simply because the other 3 warriors will be constantly attacking. It also only has a 5 energy cost with a fairly quick recharge time, and it works for a good 30 seconds. Healing Breeze requires 10 energy, and if it gets removed it's going to hurt a lot more. The only situation where breeze may be more effective is if the other team is focusing solely on one of our warriors, in which case you may (and that is a big may) need to reconsider a spike heal.
And Watch Yourself is +20 vs both physical and magical attacks. I've used it enough to know this for certain.

actually i was beaten by an 8 warrior build in tombs. and yes it will work. *but* their way of staying alive was to bring a pet, and then use 'i will avenge you'. with 8 pets dead, and them running back to the clump of pets for a heal, we were caught with our pants down.
so personally i think if you can free up 2 skill slots in each warrior and take charm animal/i will avenge you this can be one helluva fun build in fact you can probably totally remove the royal body guard, or just have him bring something like vigorous spirit only. predatory season helps alot here too, so maybe add that in with the w/r

So Watch Yourself will work?! Wow... ok cool. Glad I asked the question...
I'll need to copy paste my updated build into my guild forum.
The 8 W/R with I will Avenge You sounds quite scary. How much attack speed/hp regen do they get with 8 dead pets? I know it doesn't go past 10 but what about the time and... holy cow...

Ok, it's 5 energy and 45s. recycle time so with 5 dead allies, will this skill recycle itself pretty much? [since it practically maxes out your hp regen and then some along with extra attack speed?] If this is true then I suppose an 8v8 W/R team build will look something like this?
12+1+3 weapon mastery of choice
8+1 strength
10 Beast Mastery
3/4 attack skills of choice
I Will Avenge You!
Sprint
Predatory Season / Ressurection Signet
Charm Animal
Holy crapz0rs... Aside from just hexing them all to hell, wouldn't they just simply "out last" an enemy team just by camping next to their dead animals?

dont forget that warriors unchecked do ridiculous amounts of damage (axe and kd are the ones i mean)
it wasnt a question of outlasting.. it was more like rape. ofcourse they can easily be totally destroyed by some spiteful spirit/empathy/shadow of fearing. but we didnt happen to have any of those at the time and although we killed a few it was pretty awful.
ofcourse theres like 500 counters to warriors, like blind/cripple/shadow of fear/empathy etc etc.
when we played against them it was something like this:
...hah we can win this easy...!..wtf....AH OMG RUN!!!111...gay...
yea. we didnt last long enough to be too creative either. thats not to say they killed us flawless... the regen is maxed at 10, and you can go past that its just that they all atack and well it hurts.
and yea those are the skills... only you have to add something like tf/(insert weapon attacks). and actually rusty i think 'i will avenge you' will be overkill in this build, you will get adrenaline really fast either way, and you are tight on space because you need those 2 spots for 'i will avenge you' and charm animal.
good you dont meet these too often

Hmm... are you sure attack speed boosts stack? I see no reason why they wouldn't but I would like this confirmed.

That was the whole point why I'm so excited about this build. I Will Avenge You is a shout, speed boost stances is a stance. Therefore they SHOULD be able to stack, and they do. I ran a test build just for fun, and GODDAMN hitting twice per second is INSANE.
EDIT:

I disagree with this. If you were just running I Will Avenge You, why not just run a speed buff stance instead? It's combining them two together, AND THEN FGJ for the insane spammability the first 15 seconds, then less-insane-but-still-crazy aldrenaline gain.

inteptitude + epidemic = gg.... besides from that, sword warriors [even though I love them] suck at damage output, unless you used an anti-melee build which does about 150 DPS to people attacking you... you dont need frozen, you dont need a 4th warrior, make him a mo/w and give him healing and a few into axe or hammer, you dont really need I Will Avenge You because if your using it, it means your team is dead. The build is very easily countered and has weak self-heals. You need to really shape it up before it will do good

actually just about everyone is running this build right now. even iQ. the only exception to that rule was the 13th something guild which was doing a standard smite and absolutely decimating everyone with it. (this is current as of tonight).
so yea im guessing if smite gets nerfed pets are gonna be the new fotm

I hope not. Smite isn't something to fear for me at least and if they nerf it I dON'T want to be fighting against 8 Avenge You warriors.

i should have been more clear: theyre going to nerf ether renewal, which is a key part of any smite build. and atually the 8 warrior thing can probably be taken apart with like 2 spitefull spirits/empathy/shadow of fear/condition spreading. the thing is no one brings those anymore, since smites werent affected by any of those.
