When u try to optimize the team build, no one(or very few) will listen to u
i know ppl do not mean to play badly, they just dunno the concept (e.g. they think Restore Life is better than Res Sig, OR bring self Heal)

Mayb my suggestion isnt the best or may even make it worse, but why ppl dont even wanna discuss with me ?
They dont sound and bring the same skill into Tomb again

Some ppl are stubborn, we formed a balanced team and invited an IWAY warrior, he bring his pet and IWAY in tomb

i tell him we arent IWAY team, we dont have 4 pets to die for u, so take sth else instead of Charm Animal & IWAY.
He said i need my pet to heal me, and for +33% attk speed. No matter what i said, he still answer me the above sentence.

How u persuade ppl in PUG ?
pls dun tell me to play with guildie (our guild is small) or
join a large PVP guild (i like my guild)

If they refuse to comply then tell them they don't fit into your team build and threaten to kick them. If that doesn't work and they still come out with the same err 'misconceptions' then kick them. They are not worth your time.

Also, it helps if you are the leader. If the leader is one of the trouble makers you're probably better off in another group.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, remember to keep an open mind! Who knows, perhaps it is infact you who is wrong and has something to learn!

Unfortunately there are some people you just can't persuade. If you use vent or ts, improved communication can often help people understand you better, but not always. I've come to where I don't join a pug without ts or vent.

If you ever need someone cooperative for a group, you or anyone else who wants to try out new or existing builds (except iway) are welcome to hit me up. I have a lvl 20 char of each prof with most secondaries and skills unlocked. My two igns for my accounts are Archon Krathanotos and Caolan Andraste.

people just think they are right and they can never be wrong. they think what is best for them and not for the team. or they dotn want to change skills around and insist they are the best skills for this type of group. normaly if we get someone like that in one of my groups we ask him to change and if he says no we threaten to kick him. still no and we kcik him and get someone who wil adapt. only thing u can really do sometimes.
