The problem here is this... IWAY groups, if good enough, rarely use the skill IWAY. They use Tiger's Fury the majority of the time. "I Will Avenge You" has been used by the better IWAY groups as a backup or a way to spike the Ghostly Hero in the actual HoH level. Order of the Vampire and Order of Pain are also not to be blamed (though the recharge rate should be modified). If you don't get the Orders up at the right time they become usless casts.
