Wow, you've read my mind!
But normally I say something like "Thanks for putting mending on the monk*", if I get no reaction - I just leave haha...

so you can enter again and then leave again? wait, why did you go into CA anyway? enter with your team, watch him cast mending, roll your eyes and sigh, try to kill the other team.
you can't pick and choose your teams, so leaving because someone does something is retarded. you know you're going to lose? no you don't, the other team is random too.
honestly if you go into CA with the intent of leaving as soon as you see a character do something you don't like.. what are you doing there to begin with?

Yeah, anyone who quits a match in the beginning is far lamer than any War/Mo using Mending. If you can't handle losing or playing with crappy players then DON'T play in the CA's. Simple as that. You screw up the match for everyone by leaving more than any War/Mo could ever do. Idiot quitters.

No.
I value my time to much to bother with a random group that has a mending warrior. I can be in another match in 10 seconds or waste a minute- two minutes of my time... I'll spend another 10 seconds on a random chance of another group.
Does it screw up the other players? If you think someone else time is more important then your own then you need a little more life experiance.

I've been in battles that lasted about 2 hours... both in team arenas, competition and tombs.
Seriously, do you think it's fun to heal a war that can deal 0 damage plus who doesn't even bother to help the monk when he is attacked (not counting when he is attacking the war who is attacking you - rolf) ?
Paladins can't even take a normal supportive monk to half health unless the monk lags or leaves...
So yea, I give them a chance - I offer them to put mending on the most attacked person in the fight, or I leave and find a party that I will have fun healing/protecting...
And... I visit CA to test and change my builds and not to waste my time supporting retarted tanks.

Hey I'm not the dork who stayed in a battle for 2 hours. There's such a thing as moderation....and that doesnt include sticking to a worthless battle of 2 hours or quitting in the beginning of a match just because someone is using mending.
I dont support the use of mending at all. It's a horrible skill. But I find quitters to be far worse than mending users. That was my point.

Worthless or not, I don't care, I'm giving you an example of what happens when a player don't know what output or input is.

I love how people try (and fail miserably) to turn stuff around on these forums. Apparently if you do something to stop your time being wasted, you're now a "quitter". LOL.

no, but you should know when to leave and when not to leave. the warrior casts mending? who cares, go try to kill something, if you see the match going no where, leave then.
that's the joy of random arenas, you can go in, try to win, or at least get a kill for some faction, and then leave and re-enter. you don't leave and re-enter until you get your 'all-star' team.
if you value your time so much and don't want to play in a match with a mending warrior then DO NOT go into the CA, you're just asking to waste your time.
go to tombs or TA and set up a team of your own instead of entering and leaving everytime you see one on your team, which is wasting your time more than staying in the match, spending a minute or less trying to kill the other team, realizing it's going no where, and THEN leaving.
do you realize how many people out there use the paladin premade and cast mending on themselves because it tells them to? do you realize how many other people are just in there to test builds as well? like i said, you're just asking for a waste of time if you go in CA with the intent of leaving upon seeing something you don't like.

All these W/Mo hate talks are disturbing. Don't forget many today's veteran players started out as W/Mo. Yes, some W/Mo may be noobs, but that's how they learn. Should we close all kindergartens because kids there can't spell their names right?

Here's a list of thing that a typical mending warrior would carry to CA :
1.) Healing hands or Healing breeze instead of Ressurection signet
2.) bonetti's defense or gladiator defense or other stances
3.) fiery dragon sword
4.) sprint(this is acutally a good skill, but used wrong in the hand of a paladin)
The above list in no way describe all W/Mos. However, if you play in CA, you will see them and they tend to be the last one survive and will run around the arena and scream, " you NOOBS can't KILL ME EVEN WITH 4 of you."
So next time , I carried Wild Blow + drain enchanmtment. See ya, mending warrior.
A warrior carry 6 resurrection skillz is still better than a paladin.

Dude, if you don't want to "waste" your time then don't play in Random arenas. If you're THAT afraid of losing you're not cut out for PVP either. Sorry but if you quit in the beginning of a match you ARE a quitter. If you don't care about wasting other people's time with your quitting then why should I care about your justification?

I'll play in Random arena if I please. Most of the time it's quite fun, but certain things are a no-no to me.

How exactly is this relevant to anything? Did someone say they're so afraid of losing they don't want to PvP? If so, please link it, thanks.

These are unrelated issues, and I never claimed that you are required to care about my justification.

ok i'm a little lost here, what is the problem with a w/mo casting mending on himself if he wanted to? i mean my war can hold around 42 or more eng and tho it takes away a pip for mending, please realize i'm not a huge fan of pvp or ca, so i haven't had much xp with it, i'm just not ready with my builds for pvp yet, but i donot understand this thing of a mending war is a retard?Someone plz explain this to me, and make me a bit smarter
Someone said in an ealier post "thanks for putting mending on the monk"...umm did i read this wrong or am i correct in thinging that your expecting a war/mo to put mending on a monk prime? :|

Let's get back to the original question. The answer, of course, is yes. Unless they're totally new and it is their first time playing.

Why does a Warrior need Mending in the first place? Let's list some reasons:
-Best armor in the game (80 AL)
-Most defensive stances/shouts in the game
-Superior Absorption
-Shield (16 AL)
-Target last 99.9% of the time.
So you're telling me, after all of that, you still need a measley +3 regen? I mean, Mending is ok in PvE, but in PvP, the only tanks are Monks and Mesmers, as their taking all the damage, not your little W/Mo with Mending.

You forgot to write that the reasons TO USE mending with w/mo on himself are marked with + and that the reasons NOT TO USE mending with w/mo on himself are marked with - .
Anything else I agree
... and yes, they should be shot... but before we do this to them, let's give them a chance to put it on a monk (or any other caster), always give a chance...

I use mending simply for the regen while using stances and also cos I got a shield with -2dmg while enchanted. I think this post should read "Should people using the paladin build badly.... be shot?"
Answer is yes anyone using any build badly should be shot.
