Unfortunately, a lot of people like to partially read and troll. So, a majority of the time, no.
About the paladin, I think it is actually a GREAT build. Just for PvE. In PvE a warrior needs to hold aggro against dumb mods of brutes...in PvP you need to frikkin deal out damage cus nobody kills warriors first.
Unfortunately, the Paladin is a PvP build.

So the paladin is a great first pvp experience character because all you basically do is click and attack, and read skill descriptions while you use them (thats what I did in the first random arena match i did )
Are you not supposed to evolve your skills over time? It would not make sense to start the game off with somthing that you would use when you were (later) more experienced with it (with the same understanding at least). Dont get me wrong, I still use my original R/Mo, but with a different understanding of it, and a better understanding of the things that I face with it (a premade W/Mo for example).

I'm not saying that every good build is appropriate for a new player. But I still think a good simple build would be better training than a paladin.

He said they were all paladin builds, but one (charge!) .
No rigor mortis in warrior's or monk's skills.

Poking fun at others to make yourself feel big is real classy. Not. It's been posted before, people use the premades possibly because they just bought the game or haven't got round to unlocking every elite skill there is. At the very least don't assume everyone who plays GW also reads this forum or others like it; probably a very large percent don't.

Yup, too bad none of the guilds we fought had aegis. We changed it up later and brought a couple of axe spike warriors w/ warriors cunning and a couple of hammer guys, the build is still crap but we had a good time.
So does it make you feel better to insult a build designed to include guild members that have no pvp experience? Sometimes it's nice to include people in gvg who aren't normally invited.

Simple fact without getting into any argument - The premade builds all lack some substance..If they had premade builds people actually ran there would be little point to PvE unlocking of skills, and faction points...

Yea, it does. If they have no pvp experience, premade build won't help them in GvG... And actually, what's wrong with using the usual guild's build with non-experienced people?
If you'll say they don't have any skills (like really no skills), what they heck are they doing in GvG? Better would be forming groups to do PvE missions (unless you can hold the HoH long enough so they gain fair ammount of factions), so they can capture more skills.
But sure, if you want to lower your guild's rank, I'm not agains't.

crazy as it may seem........ some people realize this is just a game to have fun. you gunna die if you don't go up in rank? i didn't think so. yall need to relax and enjoy gw for what it is. a game.
maybe they need to make a "pre-made only" arena for those new to the game/pvp. the kiddie pool. experienced players could still go in there of course, but at least it would be an even playing field for beginers.

I play an axe W/Mo sometimes, and I don't think I should be shot. It is a good build, next time one of my guildies or I go Griffon farming, I'll post a screenshot, although most of you know what it looks like. It is a good build, just used a lot.

Dead lightning, do you use healing hands on yourself ( a warrior ) in pvp?
It is at that point that you should be shot.

My question is....who the hell cares?
Who cares what others are playing. If they aren't in your guild screwing up your Tombs or GvG teams then why does it matter to you?
Sure it's annoying in CA to see every other team have a War/Mo but there's plenty of more aggravating things in CA. War/Mo's are the least of the problems there.

Yeah Mending is the best skill ever. As soon as I jump into an arena with a W/Mo that casts that on themselves- I just quit party and go back to the outpost. They are so uber I don't even want to waste my time winning 100 matches in a row.
