i think they are having people in RA fight teams in TA while still in RA... sounds strange but im seeing teams consisting of 3 or 4 people in the same guild in RA. and no we didnt get 10 wins and go to TA, this was after like 4-5 wins and when going to next battle it still says Random Arena. this happening cause its like 7 in the morning and not alot of people are pvping?

I thought it was win 5 in a row to go to TA... That would explain it... in your case... I'm sure a more regular PvPer would be able to say for sure... But I think it is 5 in a row... and on to next level... I think this was implemented back when they did the faction reward increases, from one of the weekend events... Then later it was made permanent...

Once you win 5 in a row u go to TA, i dont like this much though cuz a good random team usually cant stand up to a team that was put together with thought.

Also remember if you have only won 3-4, you may have gotten on a team that already won some but had a leaver.

I don't know if/when they changed it, it was 10 wins, but thats for the team, not necessarily a member on the team. after 9 wins, someone could drop and you take their place, the next win will take you to teams.

If they didn't do this, then RA would be way too easy to get faction. As it is right now, RA is like someone once told me: "Faction farming for the competent"

5? when did it stop being 10? and why did we go back to random arena after we lost, if we xfer to TA we should of went there after losing

It's 10 wins and then TA. Unless they just changed it in the last 15 minutes.

Depending on the time of day....if a bunch of guild members hopped over to RA, it would not be unheard of for 3 of them to arrive on the same team. Last night I had more than my share of "No Opposing Party Joined" delays, so even 10 more people being added to the mix could make the coincidence happen.

Yeah, was 10 wins all last night when I was playing in RA.

I noticed alot of people from the same guilds too. You can probably increase your chances of getting on the same team by going to an emptier district (even Int.) and all hitting enter mission at the same time. Not sure why exactly people would want to do this as opposed to just going to teams... when I do random I like random, like being surprised by a N/E using maelstrom on my necro

I was there last night for 2 hours. Trust me, it's 10 wins.

As far as the guild stuff, never bothered to look honestly. Though it doesn't matter since I rarely lose when I'm on my monk. =)

you know those people who join and leave right away? they are trying to form up into a eam in RA. thats why sometimes a team will be allone guild. they jsut keep dropping till it happens.

I noticed this a while back. Won 4 times, ended up fighting a korean team NOT in the team arena. They had 3 members in the same guild, and 1 in a different.

It's semi-rare to have this happen, but it's kind of annoying. They usually have a balanced, more coordinated team. The last pre-organized random team I fought was 3 wa/mo's and a monk in the lava arena.

It Is 10, i was playing last night @ 8:45 and we won 10 Flawless straight then we played a team with 2 monks, we flawlessed them too, then i had to leave

Yeah, it seems pretty nice to win 10 straight with a team of guildies before actually fighting other TA teams. That's really unfortunate.

I play RA all the time, and its always been 10 wins for TA in my experience. Last night we won 1, then one person dropped, won another 6, another person dropped, and the new person was really suprised when we got to TA after only 4 wins.

Its 10 wins to be directly tranported to TA with the RA team you have right now.

Guild teams in RA? Sychronized entrance, like someone else already mentioned. The point? Don't ask me, benefits are minimal.

I don't think that always works either, when all the same guildies do it all at once. I've seen them get split between the two teams so they are playing against themselves.
