Actually all the monk equipments you listed can be used by a PvP monk character, because there is no point to customize monk's weapon. The real usefulness of a PvE monk is to change attribute stats during a battle. My favorite example is to play a bonder, you can use +4 protection prayer head tattoo when bonding and then change to a +4 divine favor head tattoo when casting Blessed Signet to get more energy.

Warrior, then monk.
Boon monks can use Sup runes and +1 DF items to cast a 17 DF divine boon, then switch to either superior prot or a minor rune setup.
The ability to switch between a +60hp staff and a +10 armor staff depending on the enemy is great as well.

Yes, this is definitely useful. Other tricks you have to your advantage:- Superior Divine Helm, Cast Divine Boon, Switch to Minor Divine Helm
- Superior Divine/Heal/Prot Helm against hex/degen teams, pressure builds to an extent, Minor Divine/Heal/Prot Helm against spike teams, pressure builds to an extent
- Less hassle with weapon set setups. Monks are going to be most dependent on unique items that aren't available in the PvP character creation screen (HoD Axe/Sword, Negative Energy Sets, +Energy/-Regen Sets), so not having to go to your storage every time you roll a monk is very handy. Plus, there's always the chance you forget to remove the items before you delete it. That's a very bad thing.

Thank you all for the help. I'll probably try to build up my war monk and ele since those are my primary classes on my pve.
Sounds like warrior is the most important then monk, then ele.
