IMO, it could be far better.
Change the TF warriors to gale warriors; TF has its own problems that are compounded by the fact that you have no evident snares. I think it's also better to have different weapon specs on both warriors, for extra diversity and utility (sword for charge, hammer for knockdown).
One migrane mesmer only supported by an expensive nec hexer is going to run into trouble too. You don't have an insane amount of hexes flying around, meaning that migrane + any cover will be removed very quickly.
Spiteful-which I presume will be placed on the warriors (spiteful does piddly damage to casters in comparison)-will be nullified by the HoD helm and a brain. You're wasting 15 energy every 10 seconds to apply one spell-which leaves very little else to cast.
You have four defensive characters (3.5 if you count an Ob Flame on the warder) which is overly defensive. To put it harshly, your build will not kill anything unless the opposing team sucks, or goes to sleep.
Echo SB? For what purpose? And I'm presuming it's Arcane Echo, which is an insane energy cost (15e for arcane echo, 30e for both SB's) which leaves your monk doing jack all else. Whatver their other skills are. SB is next to useless in GvG for its downtime and the fact that the other team can switch to seven other targets, bonded or not.
A full description of the skills instead of broad class overviews would be great, but from what I can surmise the build needs a lot of changes to make it effective in GvG.
Ok, now for some suggestions:
If you want to run a warrior-centric offence, your other characters need to support this. Plenty of condition removal; Martyr, Restore, Draw, whatever.
Drop the bonder and go for a 2.5 monk backline; a boon prot, change the SB char to a healer without SB, and the warder can provide some prot if you've allowed for it-again, I don't know if you don't give a full skillbar.
For the mes and the necro, you can go anywhere with those two. Cheap hexes for degen, two migrane mesmers, energy denial, or any of those with a skill to support in a spike co-ordinated by your warriors.
I can't really build or give any more advice other than that because your build is pretty broad. Giving definite skills for each character gives everyone more of an idea of where you're going, and gives us more to build on.
