I don't know why you called this "spike", with no IAS stance, and a DPS-style build. Also, irresistable blow is not "approx" 130 damage, it crits at 122, but averages around 90.

I've messed around a bit with warrior's endurance energy attack spamming builds like this, and they can pull ok DPS, but most people seem to prefer going R/W for energy attack spammers, as that opens up the elite (using expertise instead of warrior's endurance).
