That build is absolutely horrible. That character will run out of energy too fast to do anything at all.

I do agree that that build faces serious energy issues, but I am guessing that maybe someone else on the team carried Winter to turn the elemental damage to cold damage so that you could get spinal shivers on several people and then use elemental AoEs such as earthquake to potentially interupt several enemies at the same time - a good idea on paper perhaps, but plagued with energy management issues.

I don't see why anyone would ever possibly instruct you to run that build except maybe to make fun of you for running it.

No, he actually wanted to run this build. He went nuts went i pointed out the flaws in his build, also he was running a trapper with

Spike Trap, Dust Trap, Fertile season,Frozen soil,serpents quickness, distortion, Res sig.

And nobady had any cold dmg btw.

see that guy that said you've been had is giving the "maker" of this build the benefit of the doubt, this build is attrocoius. A ton of spammable and extremely energy expensive skills + no energy or energy management = terrible.
