not like you needed double orders anyways. ranger spike usually killed with alot of extra damage that didnt even arrive.

uh the best ranger spike was 3 rangers, 1 me/n oov, 1 n/mo martyr and oop...they stacked orders alll the time...
also, they kinda nerfed signet of weariness alot for me...
i used to run mantra of sigs, oath shot, and sig of weariness for huge draining...won't work now :cries:

The aoe of weariness was a bit too much imho. It destroyed A LOT of energy in tombs.
I see hex builds coming back, especially with Shadow of Fear spam. That will get rid of bad iways quite easily.

Signet of Weariness got nerfed. And I think it was the point of being a mesmer to fast cast...also...Power Block is really quick cast anyways...

Ranger skills were boosted, but most of them has nothing to do with the typical ranger "spike" builds. You are not "spiking" someone when you are not doing bursts of 200+ damage in a second.

I think you don't know what you're talking about. Energy surge is a very offensive skill, not a stall-tactic skill.

the reason it was getting nerfed was because some teams started to run QZ builds with keystone signet//signet of wearness//mantra of inscritpions// and arcaane echo which would drain the whole team of energy quite fast losing 40 energy eoe in 2 seconds is alot u see although the eoe is still quite big, i still hit 2/3 people with it so im happy altho e-denial is not as needed as much any more cause it was useful with iway and trappers but no much iway or as affective iway around therefore "shutdown" is better and good monks can handle e-denial. anyway lol

Purge Signet: reduced recharge time to 20 seconds.
There weren't really that many hex buffs. Notable buffs, though, include Shadow of Fear, Scourge Sacrifice, and Ineptitude. The Holy Veil change is fairly large, 18.18% increase in recycle, but I think that you'll see more teams bringing Purge Signet or Convert Hexes on E/Mo characters a lot more. The biggest hex buff isn't Holy Veil; it's the Lieutenant's Helm.
