Nice vid. Whatever happened to that premade submission contest anyways? When can we expect ArenaNet to get it going?

Gaile said a while back that due to the lack of submissions, all of them were going to be submitted at some point. Instead of the original idea where they would be voted on. Exactly when this is going to happen, I don't know.

Where do you find the -5 energy sword and -2 focus? Are they normal drops or can i get them from a quest somewhere?

The best -2e focus I know of, is one of the 50% chance rewards you get from the Cities of Ascalon quest (Symon the Scribe, Post-Sear Ascalon City). The weapon can be found, but it is probably easier just to pick one up in trade from Lions Arch AD1.
