Well according to the numbers Mo/E can't deal more than 94 damage from a single OF spike, unless you are using GoEP, in which case you are not using GoE and causing a fair chunk of exhaustion. Or you are dealing less than 94 in which case I can't see how you are spiking thru fertile

I'm guessing we are not talking about your build here.

BTW I guess I underestimated this build when I first heard about it - but I still stand firm that it's not NERF worthy (from a thread on GWO)

I ran in to this lot while holding last weekend, they managed to cap and I thought it was gg but we got a recapp in the last minute - practiced and choking ftw. So not unbeatable.

Last time I've seen them, there was a Mo/Me who spiked with phantom pain/shatter delusions.

With a spike every 30 secs to 1min, exhaustion isn't that much of a problem

Lol. Just owned this with my mez-heavy build. They got a good build, but its not invincible

They definitely play it well though, and their infuser is awesome. I played them with a spike build a few days ago and we got flawlessed. >.>

The really depressing thing is that the build we were running lost to IWAY like the next map. IWAY basically does limit how creative you can be with builds, if nothing else.

Looking at the numbers 7 mo/e's can deal 94*7 damage max (or 658) - as long as you can interrupt it (2 second cast) they are dealing below the 590 damage barrier - granted I have not seen this build but unles the 8th member is spiking as well it doesn't seem that scary.

Haha totally agree with you! but if they change the build a bit with as many healers and blahblahblah with some E/Mo instead of Mo/E, it could be super deadly! The E/Mo could do 118 damage with the Obsidian Flame and the other Mo/E could support damage with 94 damage. If well timed it could get to more than 600 damage even if it is interrupted! The E/Mo could bring some other spells too like monks spells and Wards and it'll be good enough i'd say!

One of the monks in mtv plays with noble savage sometimes. Its a really creative build and one of the best to watch. I think the biggest counter against them would be Natures Renewal. The ranger also spikes with dual shot and savage.

The best build ever was the Spirit Spam Nature Renewal before the nerf.

It eliminated all the hex and enchant in the game, and was capable of holding HoH for countless hours.

the reason it used to hold was because everyone ran smite or spirit spam, so all you do is spam natures and fertile on the middle of altar, no ghost can get to middle = no ghost can cap.
