As far as an elite, I think even if it did work properly, it isnt better much better then kiss, and I would rather bring a different elite.

Your testing was wrong. The Divine Favor bonus is applied *after* the bonus for word is calculated now, that is what they fixed. It works exactly as the description states.
And it is awesome, it's a heal other for 5 energy, and when you can spam that every 4 seconds it makes for a damn effective form of energy management.

I'll have to check it agian, even so, for a coordinated monk, I think it is kind of a waste of an elite, I still prefer kiss. But I think thats a good thing, we have different play styles, and although I don't know you, I assume you are decent, as your guild rank is 75 or so. I am not turning this into a pissing contest, however, I personally don't use WoH very often any more (I used it a lot when I started monking) and I have found I can be just as effective, if not more, with another elite. I like that people use different skills. It keeps the game interesting. Most of the time, I use the same 20 skills or so from monk, out of the however many hundered there are. I know how to use most of them, but I find many much more effective then others.
I find it interesting the Signet of Judgement was listed as a top skill earlier. I have run a few Signet spikes, but it isn't as effective as many other spike types. I don't think I have used it at all other then those spikes, witch I have only done a few times.

I think martyr should go under "necromancer". Pretty much all order necs run it to free up a monk's elite, since OoP can replace OoV easily enough.

For a while, alot of people were looking for a Migrane and Panic mesmer for their "balanced" builds. I don't see that as often anymore though.

*Honourable mention to Martyr and Shield of Deflection
Necromancer: Spiteful Spirit
Order of the Vampire(not so much anymore since the update)
Tainted Flesh
Ranger: Punishing Shot
Oath Shot
Spike Trap
Warrior: Eviscerate
*scratches head.
If I've overlooked a skill, feel free to point it out.

Yeah, even after the nerf, Eviscerate is still like the best Warrior skill in HA. Poor elite skills choice for warriors...
