Ok, now our guild have lost some ranks but still it doesnt matter
We have core group of 6 players and like 6 back up's who we choose those last 2 to our gvg's. We have VERY talented guys, r varies from 2-8 and age varies from 17-23. Every one of us has played atleast 100gvg's. We have irc-channel, forum, ventrilo servers and so on. And still we just loose ranks at the ladder. Cuople of weeks ago we were rank 42 or smthg, now we are like 333. And last friday we were 120 again  . We do like 5 gvg's in a day so rank may drop with 100 or rise with 100 easyle.But now for 2 days we have had great drouples. We play normal metagame with 2 monks. Yeasterday we had problems in our attack/burning section, we just cuoldnt kill anyone. I worked for 6 hours on burner build and today we dropped our enemyes like flyes. But they droppes us faster... OK, we had one little bit weaker player as ward/hp but still we died too fast. Somehow in every gvg warriors and mesmers of our enemyes broke trought our lines and killed our monks.... But this is good example for learning trought failure. We have had many nice victories, some in observe and some just lower rank victories. Sometimes we are having very bad luck. One day we took 4 warriors, order and 2 monks to gvg. Guess what? , first team we encountered had 1 water ele, 1 warder, 1 blinding flash spammer and one anti warrior curser. One day we played with rb spike and first team we encountered had 3 monks (2 boon prots and 1 infuser) and those +hp spirits. And we have lost like 4 games with atleast one err=007 but we have won allmost same amount. And I can tell that nothing feels better than win with 7 men agains better ranked team (and with good luck under 100). So everytime u loose, u shuold learn things.
