You misunderstand the nature of fame. It is not a measure of skill, and isnt intended to be. Fame is a measure of HA experience, thats all. whether you farm it with IWAY or the deadly boring zephyr spike, or whether you earned it in the old days playing dual smite or spirit spam or air spike is besides the point. Someone with 1000 fame can show off their wolf emote which proves not that they are a skilled player, but that they are an experienced HA player that has probably won halls a few times and knows their way around the maps. Does this mean they can play balanced groups? Not necessarily, although the odds are they will play balanced in HA better than a rank 0 player as at least they will know and understand the map. Does it mean they can get into a top GvG team? No, because HA experience counts for nothing in GvG (and vice versa).
So I think it is important in any discussion on this subject to understand what fame is, and what the emotes represent, as yours is a very common misconception

Exactly, but what about with my situation, where i have only played iway once, with a fame farming service on guru, and trippled my fame in one run.!

If Iway is over power than nurf the whole game sinds I way is just a good build and esey for pvp newbys (like me) to get some fame so i say its not to over power and when u have a good spike team or some other builds (i dont know yet) u should esey kick there asses .
And i love R-spiking but its just so hard to get a team when ur a guildles ranger with rank 2 so .... thats why iway
