Default TEAM: Energy Surge

I was bored in Math class and was designing the following team, if anyone has any tips on whether to scrap it or on how to improve it feel free to post.

Two Me/Es

-Energy Surge
-Energy Burn
-Lightning Orb
-Shock
-Deep Freeze
-Armor of Mist

Me/N

I think they should have res sigs.

Im not really sure what you are trying to do with this?? Do you want one for Energy Denial, two for Spike, one heal?? How do you want this to work? What Area's are you focusing on?

I assume this is for TA given the fact that you are only posting 4 chars.

As Rii mentioned you MUST have Res Sig on each character.

I would also try to have some sort of plan or synergy. You are using Me/E but with three seperate Attributes (not including Fast casting). Your Monk for the party isn't focused on healing at all... You have Energy Surge on all builds, but why? Are you focusing on Edenial for the group? Another issue is you have no beef for the build at all. No Warrior or Ranger will make this a bit difficult (doable but harder). I would suggest for a TEAM in 4v4 1 Warrior, 2 Me/* (Maybe one E for spike/EDenial and the other N for Degen) and one Me/Mo. If you want, you could even go Me/W for the Warrior and pack IW providing this is only going to be ran in RA/TA. Im not a huge fan of this but hey its an option if you want to keep with the Mesmer theme.

Arenas = full of warriors
This build = losing to warriors

Also martyr and heal party in 4 man is odd... Among many interesting parts of this build

The general idea was to rush in quickly with Illusion of Haste/Armor of Mist then use Shivers and deep freeze to prevent escape. Finally each person uses their E-Denial skills on one target per person, (lowest possible energy is 20 so at 16 Domination you remove 20 per person.) and finally either wand, smite, Lightning Orb, Shock, etc. them to death. Most teams tend to hang back in a group during Team and Random arenas as far as my experiences go so they will have minimal time to escape before Deep Freeze hits. Martyr was originally for removing cripple but I think the extra damage negates that to a point with Illusion of Haste being available.

And what ever happened to meeting Enchantment Removal? One good Rend Enchantments or something like that would make the spellcasters warrior food.

No damage output after initial spike. Me/E have to be either air or water. Both is a bad idea. Me/Mo should be e-stealing and needs defenses or it will get pwnd hard. I recommend distortion for all mesmers.

Holy veil and hexbreaker will pwn this build

Unless your spiking,I feel your build should have a Warrior for consistent DPS. But I haven't been to TA in a while , so I can't say with full conviction what does and doesn't work.

I think it would be much simpler to just take a healing monk and 3 surgers with other e-denial skills such as wrack etc. and a healing monk. Against warriors just ball up and healing monk uses seed etc. One of the mesmers or even the monk could double as a warder.
