The last slot I’m unsure of: It could either be a Interrupter Ranger, which would be practical seen the ease of interruption on a target with Migraine, or a Flag Runner Ele, who would help lift the warriors of the monk’s shoulders, but then again, the necro is also there for a reason . There could also be an overload of interrupts with a ranger. With the Ranger, flagrunning would switch between the Sword Warrior and the Ranger. Let me share my builds:

Take out Power Leak and Cry, drop the spec in Domination and bump Inspiration. Those two slots could be packed with much more utility. A fast cast Remove Hex and a fast cast Ressurect for example.

The rest of the build looks fairly solid.

Cry of Frustration is supposed to counter spikes, but with the rest of the build being focused on interruption, it may not be needed. Could you offer advice on the issue interrupt ranger or flagrunner e/mo?

Teams won't generally have enough non-boon prot casters for running two migraine mesmers to be worth it in my opinion. Usually you are going to be looking at keeping migraine on about two enemy mesmers. I would take arcane conundrum on the first one, drop imagined burden and switch res sig to resurrect. Then replace the other mesmer with a crippling shot ranger with distracting shot and savage shot.

On the N/Mo, the breakpoint for degen on faintheartedness is 12 curses. Going any higher is useless, hex length from 29 to 33 certainly isnt worth it. If its going to be removed, then it doesn't matter. If it isn't going to be removed, because you have migraine (and migraine is more important to remove), then 29 seconds of faint will be plenty long. Save those points for something better, like more blood for OoB.

On the flag runner - I would take a heal party E/Mo. No matter how good you are you can't hope to interrupt everything, and boon prots can't deal with the degen of 8 people for very long. Switching Aegis to Heal party on the N/Mo might work as well though.

Due to your lack of Heal Party in the rest of the build, an Ether Prodigy fueled party bot is most definately the best choice in this case. A dual Boon Prot backline is very strong, but it makes it fairly crucial to have an off-monk Heal Party.

The Mesmers will probably try to keep 2 targets covered each. 1 Boon prot and 1 Mesmer/Flagrunner each.
