Banked faction shared?
Ive formed an alliance and im wondering if the banked alliance guild faction is shared among the other guilds that are in the alliance. When 1 guild spends faction on an outpost does the faction get deducted from the banked faction or the individual guild that bought the outpost?

you do not "buy" an outpost. The top 7 (or so depending on the line not too sure) alliances just get a town assigned to them. You do not spend faction. When you transfer faction to your alliance it goes from the player to the alliance count and is under no control of any players. This faction decays ~10% a day. If you buy jadeite or amber with your faction it goes from the player to, well its gone then, alliance faction is not affected.
