I have seen IWAY take 1 min to take down the guild lord at around the 3 min mark, takes a long time and most of the damage is healed up by his skills.

No it's not i don't have the exact math for you, but yes the lord has a dps-cap and it takes awfully long to kill him early on.

wow, the monks spawned just a bit late.
If they held out a few seconds longer before dying then you would have lost
Edit: where are their monks? they had plenty of time to return to heal the lord...

Well the nerf really sucks =P I guess it doesn't pay to be a late comer in GvG. I was hoping to gank the GL in 60 seconds or less with the new factions skill line up. But with the anti-gank in place it's pretty much a lost cause.
