The smiter isnt a bad idea, but imo you can replace him by an order necro (only increases melee dmg then).
For the warrior, he is on the defensive team, so how bout dropping 1 hammer attack for a shout like "Watch yourself" or "Shields up"? Maybe even switch out the Elite for Earthshaker? just an idea though
Just my 2 cents

Given how strong Smiting is at the moment, I wouldn't agree. Especially considering that this is a split build; so you probably wont be getting 100% of your physical damage characters when you cast it.

Why is a monk with three hex removals paired with an Expel mesmer? You are also very lacking in snares(only three if you count knockdowns), and having more mobility then you opponant is a big deal in split builds. I also wonder if CoP wouldn't be a bad idea on your assassin's, it'll just give them some more independance, and since you only have 1 condition and removal in the top 4 it'll probably help out the build.

On the mesmer, I would personally use resurrection chant instead of flesh. Takes a couple sec longer, but takes away the lose half health part.

Agree with this: Smiting is back on the map by air of enchant, but consider that the smiter himself is suspectible for attacks. And when running aoe smiting like in this build, you want as many ppl around you as possible: npc's will flee, and a counter split easily can evade them... The easiest counter is just screwing your smiter, which will switch to self-smite, and therefor ruining his e-management (air of enchant is a target other ally only skill)
I also think your defensive team is a little less defensive... When defending the flag-runner will be stuck spamming his warrior hate... and will not be running...

any suggestions?
BTW: a smiter doesn't need a crowed area to work, the aoe effect is just a small extra (not to mention that most people kite away from a warrior with balth's aura)

Have your monk stand next to the smiter and smite off him? It will be plenty to ward off whatever warrior is stood next to you/ whatever.
