First Build.
Well my guild is getting into GvG recently, and I got the tactian job I guess. I made this build up last night and would like some input on it. I would like too know what aspects I'm missing in it.

Pretty good. A few modifications:
- wastrels worry isnt so hot, I would sub out for inspired hex or power drain, and then drop energy drain for a better elite. Energy surge or expel hexes as examples... maybe martyr from monk unlinked.
- well of power is a bit weak. If you want to support the teams energy, get Blood is power, or since you already have blood ritual, get offering of blood to do more of them. You could probably drop jaundiced gaze for something else, perhaps life siphon for some degen/healing. The healing from well of power is crummy tbh. Maybe get blood bond if you want to heal -.-

-When you have Backbreaker Hammer Bash isn't needed. Drop it and take Healing signet insted. Take all the points out of Shadow arts, you don't need them.
-Well of Power is bad, take Offering of Blood instead.
-Wastrel's Worry isn't so useful, change it for Shame. Energy drain -> Energy Surge, but then you may have some energy problems. Shatter Enchantment helps a lot if you spike.

The Necro seems a little odd to me.
I look at that character, and think... what are they going to be actively doing that makes a difference. You basicly have Shadow Strike and Vamp Gaze to assist on spike, and Wards. Life Siphon is the only hex in the build that really needs to last on the target to be effective, and it wont without covers. Blood Ritual is nice, but is pure utility.
I'm not sure what you would swap this guy out for, or change in the skill bar. There are a number of alternatives I would consider, such as a Glyph of Energy Ward bitch with Obsidian Flame. This gives you the same spike assist, use of wards, and also an open secondary for a bit more utility. A mid-line Draw Conditions can really help a LOT when you are trying to keep warriors clean. I would consider dropping Lightning Strike for this on your first E/Mo.
Also I would maybe drop one Enervating Charge for a Gale. Gale is a serious money skill when it comes to snaring. If you want to hold for a boost, Gale-Chaining their incoming flag runner makes things a lot easier. Or even using it to lock down a monk when the opposing team is retreating. It also has obvious side benefits such as helping to snare people in the ice in Frozen Isle.
The attributes on your monks are also a bit out of whack, you may want to look at that. Also take note of breakpoints in skills; like the guy with EDrain gets more benefit from sticking at 9 Inspiration where EDrain has a breakpoint, and putting the extra points elsewhere.
Surge on your Mesmer is a fairly decent choice. I think there are stronger options though, such as a fast-cast Expel Hexes.
I would possibly suggest Sprint on your Axe Warrior. As I mentioned in another thread; for shuttle running flags or catching kiting characters it can be nice to have a purely on-demand speed buff.
Other than those few small points, it is very solid, especially for a first build.

Yea I know the atts thing on my monk...Didn't feel like changing it, was a typo. And thanks for the tips. And I figure with the life siphon, too try too keep it up on multiple targets at once, just for pure confusion with the hexes. It really isn't meant too do major damage or make my necro immune, just a destraction too the other team. I made those few adjustments that I felt would help, thanks guys you are really helping out

looks pretty good to me. i dont like that the shock warrior doesn't have bulls strike, personally i just wouldnt run a skock without bulls strike, its one of my favorite skills. also your necro seems a little... off. i would strongly suggest changing it to a different char, maybe another mesmer. i really don't know what but it just seems... out of place. oh and why edrain on 1 of the boon monks? why not recall on both?
edit: i play some of these builds, these may not be improvments for your players, but this is what works best for me, so you dont have to listen to it. http://gwshack.us/6666f

I like E-Drain myself, and our other monk likes MoR and yea I think ima subsitute that necro out for something not sure yet. And also, curious as too what your use of Windborne in the mesmer would be?
