Not bad in the way they don't work,bad for the concept of the game. But like I said in my posts,I don't have any hate for any of the spike builds,unless if it's exploited build.

Err...if you are an infuser with a boring skillbar then all you do is wait and see who is getting spiked and press infuse as quickly as possible on their target and yes this would be quite boring. I actually have quite a bit of fun playing SB/infuse using spellbreaker pre-emptively on one of my mesmers against casting based spikes, healing seed on someone else, drain enchant on their awaken the blood or an elemental attunement or an opposing monk's channeling, and power drain on phantom pain or shadow strike or obsidian flame or lightning orb or order of pain/apostasy (ranger spike). With this build, once my team has shutdown the opposition's spikes they start spiking less often and start playing more defensively at which point I power drain their Aegis, Heal Party, or Ward v Foes/Melee. Spike teams are my favorite to play against, because they are so gimmicky and easily countered. Actually, VIMway is by far the easiest gimmick to beat.

QFT. With HA comes a lot of gimmick builds and even some gimmicky skills in the not-so-gimmick builds. Examples of gimmicky skills include spellbreaker and healing seed yet you would be hard pressed to find even a non-gimmick build with neither of these skills due to the nature of an unmoving ghostly hero bound to an altar that you have to keep alive. The recharge on spellbreaker makes it prohibitive for general PvP use and healing seed is easily countered by the tab key. Dual smite is a gimmick build as well and with smart play is easily disected provided you are not on an altar map or they are not allowed to cap an altar first.

these new smites hasnt really impressed me
in 1v1 against one its not hard to minimize the smite effects
when minimized you are practically playing against 2 warriors and a caster (often a warder or tainted: hardly enough to kill a decent group)

furthermore i havent even had problems kicking them out of hoh altars
despite having 2 extra monks that can sorta help keep the team up with what little prot skills they have
i have seen the highest ranked smite groups get wiped out in less than 1:30 when 2 teams with half a brain went at them

I don't think air of enchantment will get nerfed. It requires too much loss to be playable. You lose any kind of disruption or shutdown you might have had in the two extra monk slots. If zealots caused holy dmg I would say it needs a nerf but it doesn't really do all that much dmg unless you're retarded and hold still while they beat on you. And let's not forget that balths aura used to have a 10 second recharge so you could keep it up constantly as opposed to 20 seconds out of 50. New dual smite isn't even comparable to old smite.

About Dual Smite, i dont think it is that strong, it is made to beat necro spike teams with tormentor armor. But if you play bloodspike with scars, smiters arent that good anymore. But I still think smiting is too good vs balanced teams who like to ward..... 2 balthasar's aura and you got a little walking bomb, which is very hard to heal against.....NERF NERF NERF

Plus people want the quick fame... via an easy well run smite gives a mediocre player about 50 fame a night and a possible chance for halls.
