Upset
If anyone here watched the Te or Last pride games they know what i am talking about. These two guildswere knocked out in the first round. I personally am a hardcore Te fan so, it was kind of like a physical pain when i saw them beaten.
I do have to say it was played well spike is hard to beat with balanced but it was a nice try.

The end of the third Te vs RUS matches is one of the most exciting things I have seen in a long time. After being battered the whole game I thought for a minute there that Te's truly brilliant push in VOD was going to win it for them, edge of the seat stuff thats for sure.
I was really impressed by RUS' base defence against the two warriors and the ranger gank team also, defended with a mesmer and a e/mo only. Good job. Have always been a fan of RUS, for the longest time they have been one of the best spike teams around, and I'm pleased to see them having success with their trademark air spike which has beaten us often enough in the past. They're also a really nice bunch of guys :-)

Wi vs. EvIL was extremely fun to watch.
I was kinda disappointed on iQ though.

I regret that Deer couldn't play and that DtwO had a problem with scheduling.

Funnily enough had Deer not dropped out, Wi would not have been in the brackets at all. And if Wi wasn't there... How would EvIL have fared?
I have to say that my bracket predictions have been royally screwed up. I predicted largely that higher seeds would beat lower seeds, with the exception of iGi vs iB; where I had iGi winning. Seems I was largely wrong.

Not that I like pimping our site, but at Rayne's request iQ sponsored a 400k bracket tournament for season two. Sarus wrote up a great utility for managing the tournament, and you can be sure that this was just a test for the future. We had almost 200 participants in the last tourney, and we're shooting for the next one to be much, much bigger.
Details to come.
Peace,
-CxE

Yeah iQ has "The Offical ZOMG MY BRACKET IS FCK'D UP thread." And it really is deer's fault or as someone has said, their parents.
Edit: Here is something from Guildwars.com:
http://www.guildwars.com/competitive...0-wivsevil.php
After reading about some of the members of Wi and that the former leader of the Fianna is a member there, I can't really blame them for anything.
