a couple Reduce duration of questions
I tried to look around a bit but didnt seem to find answers. im specifically asking about Reduce Blindness and Reduce Hex, tho i suppose it works the same on all Reduce things ^^
If I have a Reduce Blindness length by 20% (respectively a Reduce Hex) item equip after getting the condition (hex), does it reduce the remaining time of the duration? or does it have to be equiped before the condition (hex) occured? also not sure whether to post this in here, or on the pve section.. |

You need to have it already equipped when the hex or condition lands to trigger the reduced duration.
