Spearman Build
Last night I was observing a battle that was from the guild The Spearman. What I saw was about 30 flesh golems running around killing everything.
It is a nice exploit to the Flesh Golem limitation.
Does anyone know what they actually used for thier E/N, N/Mo's, & Rit?

I am pretty certain the E/N was spamming verata's gaze after the necro's sacced themselves to maintain control of the flesh golem's (imagine if they didn't). I think when it was all said and done, the E/N was the one controlling the army. This player also had obsidian flesh and I believe armor of earth as well to prevent from getting ganked.
To defeat this build, I would rush them as quickly as possible (so they have less golems), interrupt obsidian flesh, and kill the E/N.

After you kill the E/N make sure to run away and watch as their minions kill eachother and their team.

Saw them play this build today. Missed the first part, but at least I know the outcome. :P They ended up being slaughtered by a smiting team on the orb map. I wish i could have seen them play a real game, because the golems were all dead before you knew it. >_< Was also watching the necros with 1hp spamming the crap out of BoTM. Makes me miss the old M.F.

The Heal/Smite ball that defeated us today was using 7 symbols of wrath and spiking with Signet of Judgement {E} . With the golems being undead they were taking 63*7 dammge a second for 5 seconds. This killed us and they finished us off spiking. This is not a perfect build and has many counters. It takes an Epic amount of strategy and cordination to run this very effectively.

I encountered that build myself, and we knew it was mass golem build and we rushed..... into 20 Korean golems (damn strange in only 1 min and less that you have to prepare).
Tried build myself and we menaged to make only 5-6 or smtn golems before game actually started.

The Problem with interupting Obsidian Flesh is that you need to get there before it is cast..... But what if they cast before you get there??
And with QZ up it will recharge faster and be up again..... And also with Armor of earth on the E/N is still a walking fortress...
With support from the necros the E/N will not die unless something crazy happens but you will need to rush fast so the golems are not up...
But this build is still very counterable with just a couple of skills that can be thrown into multiple of builds.
I will leave it to you to discover these, as i dont want to lose yet

We ran into this build a few days ago. But it took them awhile to build their army. At first we didn't know what they were doing. Because of the flesh golem limitation, we assumed they were making a bunch of regular minions. Our mistake! I think the key is to rush over. Forget holding the shrine, just run for them. The less time they have to make them, the more likely they're a bunch of squishies waiting to get slaughtered :P (I had to say that cause I always play a squishy and I'm usually the first target)

no more golem factory
pasted from wiki, undocumented change:
"Animate Flesh Golem had a hidden update, changing the manner in which the 1 Flesh Golem limit is checked - you can no longer exceed the limit by using Verata's Aura or Verata's Gaze."
fun while it lasted for you guys, i guess.

Go play some other gimmick then. Flareway, vimway, iway, bloodspike, fc airspike, touchway, pokeway, pallyway...
Stop complaining they fixed a bug. If you don't think it was a bug, read the skill discription for Flesh Golem.
