monk setups are not really set except for the prot
so you spam hexs, taint, fire, foc, etc. then they die. the end.

ok ran it today and decided on a few different skills
mods i made today:
taint: meteorshower, maelstrom a la IWAY style with no res to bring Winborne speed, dropped putrid explosion for well of suffering
E/mo: dropped incendiary and brings bed of coals
N/Mo goes N/Me: and drops draw condit for accumulated pain
N/Me: brings a second accumulated pain instead of wastrels
Prot monk bring draw condit, purge condit, instead of mend ail, mend condit
so new build looks like this http://gwshack.us/a016b

Well the point of Wail was so that when i remove wards we can still handle melee heavy teams, and its a fairly good fast recharging interupt skill for anything. I also decided to add Chaos storm to this bar instead of diversion for extra pressure and because diversion takes too long to cast and is just generally not effective in this case. The N/Me must make sure to call when using backfire so that it is covered though(should be done anyway)
Draw + Purge condits is needed on the expel because when you face things like iway, vim, condition heavy teams, just having mend ail would definately be a problem.
And i also just recently decided to drop maelstrom for the res, i dunno what i was thinking.
Accumulated Pain is for being able to drop a specific target if you need to, its just the thing that brings them right to the edge, and with all the rotting flesh going everywhere the RC will be distracted anyway and we can finish the target. It also doesnt need to last very long or be up all the time as you should conserve it anyway for finishing someone. With all the AOE if you pull one of those out at the right moment, other team wont know what happened.

Why do tombs people always run secondary skills like Heal Party and then go with Dual Attunements? ETHER PRODIGY.

How are you getting kills with this build? There is no damage (other than degen which gets owned by Heal Party) and there is no spike.
If you want to pressure the other team you need at least one warrior and probably two. If you want to run 5 offensive casters you'll need to run a spike to be effective, though you're welcome to use degen/shutdown to hide the spike.
This build doesn't have either, so it can't kill anything.
