I was thinking, wouldn't be a good idea, if the order necro in iway had Spoil victor? I think that would increase the damage a lot, since axe warriors have mostly more hp than others, and they also strike the opponent very fast.

Spoil victor is maybe not spammable, but its only 10 seconds recharge, 5 with qz if youre facing necro spikes. That would be quite useful , don't you guys think?

Its 10/1/10 , 31-33 seconds last, and you the warriors would deal 50+ dmg , which would be quite extreme, counting OoP into that, too.

It would also fit the version of 2 x OoA iway, but just changing the elite.

Methinks you don't quite understand how this skill works. It's a hex, you cast it on a target, and then if they attack or cast a spell on a target with less health, they take damage.

Kind of like spiteful Spirit, but without the AoE effect and with the caveat that whatever target the person with the hex is attacking has to have less health. Could work, except that most teams would simply remove the hex and it would be no big deal.

If you wanted to have fun you could try weaken knees on a target a warrior is attacking; it's almost a guaranteed knockdown.

Ah, *doh*, i misread the whole spell, lol. I thought that people take dmg with that hex, when they are attacked, or are a target of a spell. Dam, sorry, complete embaressment.(and a sign i need to read more books:P)

Wow, the dual OoA build almost guarantees failure in relic run maps because of the lack of Windborne Speed (i.e. the Sprinting warrior carrying the relic is dead meat). This is truly a situational fame farming build, made to strictly counter those teams that are anti-IWAY.

Also - isn't OoA just crazy energy intensive (I think it has a 25 energy cost)? That would seem to kill the Heal Party spamming that IWAY tends to depend on.

In terms of the original topic. A hex in IWAY just won't work. It'll be removed so fast its not even funny. From my experience, the general rule of thumb is, unless you have atleast 2 characters dedicated to hexing, don't bother with hexes because they'll be removed too quick. Of course there are exceptions but thats beside the point. IWAY with hexes is a bad idea.

not just in relic run, that build just garuntees failure. period. On all maps.

Let see... what is the purpose of 2 OoAs? To waste an elite? And 2 36dmg eoes? Whoever made that build needs to learn to play IWAY.

As for OoA's crazy energy, theres 2 solutions. 1) Energizing Winds. 2) BiP on the blood necro.

You do not need windbourne speed. It doesn't stack with sprint. It definately helps for the time when sprint is down but its hardly manditory.

Just to add to what Yunas was saying, the "standard" good iway build now seems to be dual orders, one OoA and one OoP. Then you take out both trappers and put in an oath spirit spammer and a rit spirit spammer. The ranger would take Energizing Winds (which would put the 25 energy cost down to 10, along with heal party) therefore the healing capabiliites would be much better.

Ya...That is the new build. However I have found a way to defeat this pretty easily...The only problem I have is facing this on a relic match...lol

It doesn't? I know there's a max on the speed buff, but doesn't it help offset the speed reduction due to holding the relic?
