14 fastcast gives a 19s MoR. with a 20 second recharge you can keep it up with only 1s downtime. looks pretty solid.

personnally i am not a fan of Mantra of Recovery in TA, for the reason that it does not match well with my favorite defensive skill, distortion. even the "nerfed" distortion is one of the best defensive skills you can possibly get imho.
of course MoR can and will give you unknown offensive power, but without a strong defense, even with the support of a very good monk your pretty much a sitting duck. a warrior and/or an assassin can put you in grave danger, and just relying on your monk's skills puts your entire team in danger of being overrun. of course there will be someone who brings some warrior hate, but then again i am not sure if that would do. you could, of course rely on 625 hp (from armor, superior vigor, and +60 weapon), but i dont know if that would do either, mesmers being high priority targets. and you would have to avoid the use of major and superior runes, thus limiting your offensive power again.
just my thoughts

You're basically saying that the only mesmer you should run in TA is an illusion mes. Illusion is not good for monk-shutdown, period. migraine is useless against a boon prot, dom is really the only option. With the monk totally shut down, your other teammates should have no trouble shutting down their offense, indirectly providing defense while killing their team.
