A complete gimmick, and no real use outside of RA, but quite good fun.
RA Gimmick
Elementalist/Mesmer
Level: 20
Earth Magic: 11 (10+1)
Air Magic: 16 (12+4)
Inspiration Magic: 8
- Mind Shock [Elite] (Air Magic)
- Lightning Orb (Air Magic)
- Lightning Strike (Air Magic)
- Shock (Air Magic)
- Aftershock (Earth Magic)
- Drain Enchantment (Inspiration Magic)
- Air Attunement (Air Magic)
- Resurrection Signet ()
And there is really no such thing as a solo spiker, just a character with the ability to pump out a lot of damage fast.

O contrare heres a build that can solo spike i have tried and tested it
Ele/Mes
Air Magic: 12+1+3
Domination Magic: 10
Energy Storage: 7+1
Illusion Magic: 4
1. Lightning Surge {e}
2. Lightning Orb
3. Lightning Strike
4. Shatter Delusions
5. Phantom Pain
6. Lightnening Attunement
7. Wastrels Worry/Cry of Frustration
8. Rez Sig
Heres the order of cast: Phantom Pain, Lightning Surge, Lightning Orb, Lightning Strike, Shatter Delusions
It takes a bit of practice but you can eventually get to the point where you can time it so lightning surge, orb and strike hit all at the same time and with shatted delusions hitting 1/4 sec later you have an effective if cumbersome spike.

The definition of 'spiking' is attempting to kill someone through beating the reaction times of any monks, bypassing the opponents backline defenses. In a good spike things will die in half a second.
What you have there is not nearly fast enough to be called a spike. Especially seeing as a pre-cast Phantom Pain is a huge spike tell.

Anyways no one can really solo 'spike' I think that if you wanted to just kill something I would just go hammer with a backbreaker+crushingblow+Iressistable+HammerBash type thing because it stops the healer from doing whatever for quite a long time.

I use Backbreaker + Mighty Blow + Crushing Blow + Irresistible Blow, myself. It's too long to be a spike, exactly, but in 4v4 where there's usually only one monk it has the same effect by disabling him while it's going.
(Be sure to use Frenzy before starting so you can get in all the hits before they stand up, and try to build your adrenaline on a different target and then switch to the monk - if they know you're targeting them and keep up Guardian or Protective Spirit you might as well not bother.)

Doesn't frenzy and stoneskin gauntlets mess up the knocklocks? I'm pretty sure one of those does..?

You need to know when to hit Frenzy, to get a flawless knocklock. Without either Stoneskins or Frenzy you can quite easily get it fairly well timed, but it's not quite perfect.

Under Frenzy you can do Dev Hammer -> Crushing -> Mighty -> Hammer Bash/Heavy -> Irresistible, although it's a bit overkill. There's time for a 1/4 sec cast between mighty and bash though.

if your a divert mesmer, diverting as soon as you see a monk go down is normally a good way to catch the RoF, since you should be casting that as soon as you stand up.
Evis+exe is a spike. Its one second, just need a bit more punch to actually kill someone.
