It's quite a massive workaround, but:
- Assume you had a member err7, but is now logged back on. This member can join a team and ask the team to get one win and then have the other 3 members leave. The probability that this player gets to rejoin their original 3 members is then very high.
I have helped a player in the past rejoin his team in this fashion.

Yes, ever since the change to TA (minimum of 4 people), I can see that 'no opposing party' thing to keep going endlessly. There would have to be another team with 3 leavers in order for that one left-over and yourselves to join up.
Until they do reconnects, I suggest they should add either a 'return to outpost' or a zaishen to your group if you get an err7

well its probably a bigger problem right at the end of RA, many players (including myself) bail out just after their team gets 10 wins in RA leaving the others that want to continue stuck in an endless "no opposing party" loop

What's really dumb is that if you join a group that's already got a few consec wins in RA, you get pulled into TA with them before your tenth win. Coupled with the fact that the majority of RA players drop after they get their tenth win, and you end up at your 8th or 9th win and unable to continue in RA, and you're to get thrown into TA with a random group.
IMO, if you haven't gotten your 10th win in RA but others on your team have, you should have the option of continuing with your current group, or joining another random RA group to continue your streak.

I'm not sure, but I think in order for your team to continue, there has to be someone without a team clicking on enter. Lately there haven't been many people there (although it's starting to get better, it seems). I could be wrong about this, but before factions, when a team member dropped, we'd always end up with some random guy, so I'm assuming there just aren't any people there to join.
