I actually saw this thread in a different forum and wanted to see what others thought so I started it here :P

Anyways so just point out who you find always winning halls and always preventing your team from winning! (Teams and players)

The Noble Savage [mTv], Zaishen, Leeloff, ugly ducklings, brehon, Hombre de turbo [monk]

now that you got me thinking....what ever happened to prav, iA, and nyog?

I use to count on them to win back favor for the americas

prav is now Moustache Riders [mR], iA lost monkey for meow who actually quit gw and aint comin back, nyog became diAg (divine agony) which died after two weeks. They reformed nyog which died quickly and the members went their own ways.

Pravus Phasmatis [Prav] is a new Guild called Moustache Riders [mR].
Illiciat Awakening [iA]- Leader is missing and "wanted." God Milk joined iA, and I *think* now calls the strats. They have won HoH a few times since Monkey For Meow has been gone.
Not Your Ordinary Guild [NYOG] - No idea :/

God milk is in iA but, i don't know how much iA plays together, God Milk plays with Black Crescent and Moa Birds a lot

I remember when sB USED to be "I Sell Sigils P S T's team". I also remember when pRp used to be "Lara Valor's team". (I used to hate seeing "Move zig" pop up on my chat when I loaded into a Tombs map.)

yeh iA is pretty much disbanded. I forgot to say vOR as one of the hoh guilds but they gvg a lot too :P. Coversman wins some for europe not recently tho.

yes random nonsense your guild pwns hoh for USA :P . but bloodspike is ick! ;-) But the zaishen guys are cool. Not downing the guild just downing bloodspike. Dunno why but I just hate builds everyone runs but its cause of successful guilds like [Rnub] that make all the little noobies play it :P

Then clearly we have an imposter in the midst. The name was "Monkey For Meow." And no, he was not in the number 1 spot, but the name was the same. I was surprized myself, and regret not taking a screenshot; I just hadn't realized it would be a big deal.

No Opposing Party and Titanic Deck Chair Attendants are (were? this one doesn't see them very often nowadays) pretty big HA winners. You could usually count on them to hold halls for quite a long time.

Not so much anymore. America rarely wins HA, and it's usually in Europe's favor.

I recognize most mentioned, but the one I liked to see for a while there was "Alcoholic Muppets", which made me break out in hysterical laughter every time I saw it flash across the screen

Haven't seen that one in a while though, so I suppose "Moustache Riders" is a fair substitute

I know a guy who named a toon "Allegedly My" (at my suggestion) for the sole purpose of winning in tombs, but has yet to make it ...

actually all the members but 2 from nyog formed No Opposing Party [WTF] then later changed the tag to [nOp]

as for famous people
I'd say alot of r12s like deangjang, leeloof esp, doctrinal, power (eww), etc are pretty famous in HA...
