Gale holds target in eruption, Ride the Lightning finishes just as they stand up, leaving them less than 1/4 second before Shock hits (that's right folks, they can't even reversal of fortune). Aftershock usually kills most monks.
Total spike (from gale to aftershock, no chance of self healing)
180 (Eruption, 36x5)
75 (Ride the Lightning)
60+ (Shock)
177 (Aftershock)
492 damage total
If you're feeling mean, glyph of elemental power before eruption to increase net damage to 512
Note, this build gets owned by balanced stance.
It also exhausts you all to heck. +15/-1 weapon/offhand ftw
