the monk is a basic prot boon and can be replaced with any other healing character (or another ele).
the warrior and two elementalists carry spells that snare the enemy badly. these snares also aid in adding damage to lightning touch and arc lightning, while the warrior has an easy time chasing down his targets.
the elementalists can either spike or just cause damage with lightning orb and touch...
gust is a great shutdown for enemy monks. two of these in a row give the warrior enough time to kill a target, while the elementalists can kill the monk that is being knocked down.
I haven't tried the build yet (although i have tried playing each character), but I don't see a reason it shouldn't work nicely...
