If your trappers want to stay back and "defend" the necros, I'll kite around rather safely in my wards. Traps are part of the pressure (or should be).
And, off topic: this thread needs some punctuation, please. You know, periods, commas? We can't hear you talk when we read your typing.

Having played with and against dual orders IWAY a lot today, I can testify that it's a more potent setup than the traditional version. It packs quite a reasonable defense now, with two N/Mo's and a protective ritualist, making it even more effective at crushing unranked, uncoordinated teams.

The problem though is that most IWAY groups are uncoordinated and completely useless. I ran something with a few friends against an iway group and flawlesed them. The iway groups and the smite groups all have a central weakness. In an iway group, kill the orders and down goes the team. In a dual smite, kill the warrior and the thumper and down they go. Killing their smiter also works.
@Guinea Fig, it's actually pretty easy to drop an iway team... Just need good monks and a +20% to enchantment mod on that Aegis... Also have to remember to kill Nature's Renewal of doom.
EDIT: If they get a hit through, that's what the other 2 monks are there for. If 3 people can't save 1 guy, you have a serious problem with your team dynamics.

I find that the duel orders IWAY teams are less effective. OoA removes enchantments. This is the same thing as Well of Prophane (the well that removes enchantments). I play both trappers and both orders and taint and playing taint is way better then OoA. It is good against duel smite, but so is well of prophane. Tainted flesh is a great skill becuz it gives the other teams monk sumthing to get worried about. Tainted flesh combined with trappers gives alot of conditions which is very annoying when trying to heal. That is just my 2 cents.
As for the zaishen challenge: the <1,2 3,4> routine is for the warriors. each member in the party is assigned a number. Warriors (usually at top) are numbered 1,2,3,4. 2 wars go 4 the left monk and the other 2 on the right monk. The spirits Preditory Season and Edge of Extinction should be up. You then use tainted flesh on every member of the party. Then u count 3,2,1. I usually, instead of Meteor Shower, i put Windborne speed on after 2, then rush in and cast Maelstrom on the elementalist. If u rush in, the eles attack will go sumthing like::Mealstrom, Ward against harm, glyph of lesser energy, then ward v melee. Use maelstrom and then gale, just to keep the ele in the maelstrom. Interupting a ward with gale is stupid. By running in u will get all the aggro, just run back and forth and use consume corpse as soon as possible. DO NOT RUN BACKWARDS. all of the zaishen will follow u and the trappers and wars will have trouble getting the moving zaishen or even worse...aggro to the orders. If u have a good orders, u wont die.
My usual skill set::Tainted Flesh, Consume Corpse, Well of Prophane (removes enchants, usually works better then having OoA) Putrid Explosion, Maelstrom, Gale, Windborne Speed, and Res Sig.
O and on the trapper arguement, trappers are NOT there to protect the necros. They are their to mess up the groups that use wards, that usually stay close together. They r also there to trap the relic or the alter.
Good Luck.

Ya that's my basic strategy against everything : just kill the 8 players and you're done ^^
