This is a build i made for a friend he his guild was only running spikes.

A few problems i see is maybe to defensive, i was thinking swapping Rit lord for a necro or something.

The Split team would be

Attacking:
WoTeM assassin
E-Surge
Blessed Light

Defend:
Sword War
Shutdown Mes
Rit Lord
Boon Prot

If you are going to play ladder games with this build, it's way too slow. Ritualists make your games last to VoD almost always.

Quite a basic build you'll definatly get results since your using 2 Shutdown mesmers but it seems the same thing as running 2 E surgers so why even bother with the Arcane Languar even though, It looks as it could shutdown smiters if there not paying attention to the battle.

Due to Way of The Empty Palm you only need 15 +10 energy for your combo on the sin,that was a intresting idea.

Drop channeling on the Blessed Light as you said the guild you made this for is use to running spikes not trying to cordinate pushes so the monks can get energy.Id suggest Drain Enchantment or I-hex.

Why 2 hard rezs ? Just need one.I guess the sin is for taking out War's trying to run into your backline to take the Rt?The battle is going to last a while on your build since your going to constantly trying to protect your Ritulist.

Thnx Mr Fizzle but due to what Worf said im going to drop the Rt for another spell caster and maybe changing the sword into a standerd hammer

The sword needs DW(gash), and probably shock, but definitly frenzy or tigers. You have one snare in your split group. I don't see the point of return on the sword. A ganking assassin is almost required AoD, it blows every other elite out the water. Your AL guy isn't going to be terribly useful, you'll need to hit him at least once every 15 seconds, and with AL being copable, I don't really see that happening. Your blessed light is really, really weird. I think a BP will be better if you're a dedicated split.

You will not kill anything at the stand, you're not even really a threat there. All you have for damage is a single warrior without deepwound or and on demand KD, and you don't even have blackout. That means your enemy can easily split off a monk to defend there base, and with a sin you can see coming at you from a mile away, you won't be that scary, and with your blessed that has two selfheals and no prot spirit, you'll be pretty brittle as well.

The best of splits don't bring a monk with them, that way they're at a big advantage at the stand if the other team sends a monk back.
