To the entire Guru community:

It's with a heavy heart that I must inform you that this site, Guild Wars Guru, will be shutting down on July 1st and will remain in Archive Mode. Over the past 11 years, we've become, and continued to remain, the #1 fansite for Guild Wars, and it's all because to you guys. Without such a strong and passionate community, Guru would have never made it this far and so we thank you for that.

And while we will be saying good-bye to our home here, we will continue to host forums for the GW community over at our sister site, Guild Wars 2 Guru. In fact, you are more than welcome to head on over now and begin posting. If you have any threads you'd like to transfer over, now would be the time.

So once again thank you, and especially those that contributed their time and knowledge to make Guru the amazing place it was. We'll see you over at Guild Wars 2 Guru!

Goblinmatt Academy Page Join Date: Jul 2006	Good Faction Only Builds? Are there any good factions only builds for the RA? Right now im using a basic warrior and a E/A and not doing so well. I dont wanna start liking the new classes then have to wait till nightfall comes out to use them again, so dont recommend those. You could also just give me names and i'll hit up the wiki. (btw dont tell me to look at the wikis faction only builds becuase those are for pve) Thanks

Goblinmatt Academy Page Join Date: Jul 2006	Ive been using the warrior premade and the hex removal is usually useless. If I change it to w/mo what should I use? And theres not many offensive premades. Ive looked at most and none really catch my intrest.

TheOneMephisto Forge Runner Join Date: Nov 2005	Try the axe premade? But why would you change it to w/mo? Also, you do know how hexbreaker works right? It doesn't remove hexes, it prevents them from being cast on you. If you want an offensive character you're going to be warrior or assassin (i guess a couple of ranger builds would count), other characters just aren't usually offensive, they're utility/support/healing/defense/whatever. Other than gimmicks and spikes of course. Of course, you could always try something like a bunny thumper.

If there aren't any hexes, you should still be using Hex Breaker to cancel frenzy if the other team starts focusing on you.
