What a nice PVP-weekend (ironic?)
Wow, this is really a nice PVP weekend, some problems you have to encounter when trying to pvp.
1) Not able to login on guild wars
Once you have been able to, the next problem is:
2) Not be able to create a new pvp-char.
next problem is
3) When entering mission to fight zaishen, you get the error missio: no opposing party found (wow, the henchman have allot of work)
4) If you are lucky, and you had been able to fight the henchman, then you would have been stuck after fighting them. no counter appears, and no opposing party.
5) when you finally have been able to enter underworld, you see your team has approx. 1 or 2 err7.
6) you face some stupid overpowered 8 D/Mo team, who kill you in 30 sec.
7) (i dont know if this is true) a guildie of mine is in hoh atm, and no opp party joins, so he gets free fame. (once again dont know if this is true)
So i have to conclude, nice pvp-weekend, there is no pvp
BUT: I have to admit, anet does allot for the players like pvp weekends and stuff, and the only problem i have faced with guild wars before these are the err7. I know that anet will do all they can to fix these problems, isnt it? Ty

Interesting, I haven't had any of those problems you listed.
I am having a great PvP preview weekend indeed!

been getting err 7s and major lagg in id 1 2 3 all day i never get lagg and never err 7 i have complained to anet about this and as of yet no reply but i never get lagg and never err 7 :/ probly blame me when they finally do get around to answering me also yeah this has been going on for about 3 hours now i belive i was in 1 of 1st teams to encounter this prob with no opposing party or timer just not starting and it seems to becoming more freq

This weekend is a big joke. Anet were totally unprepared for the issues which have arisen here. Imbalancing, errors, everything stinks.
Imo remove the whole update asap and put things back to normal.

So you would rather have the flaws in the final Nightfall release? The reason for this event is not to just give a sneak peek to the moaning community, but to test things out and squash bugs in the process as well.

so actually they aren't giving us a pvp weekend at all? we are being used as testers to clear out all the bugs? Can't beleive that from anet, but yea, there are some problems. But i'm sure the intention from anet was to give us a special weekend, and not clear-bug weekend

No im saying remove it and go over all the programming and data again to fine tune and pick out the errors, then have another beta when they are more prepared.
Its obvious this was rushed out to keep to the october release date, there were a couple of probs in the Factions pvp preview but nothing on this scale.

Well, I really don't mind some bugs for a beta. Can you imagine the hassle trying to fix all the imbalances and stuff once the game actually comes out? At least this gives them a change to fix up stuff and whatnot.

i think it's been good, i like the new classes, except for the immensely scrubby R/P scrub spam spike thing whatever. It actually fits in quite nicely with all the other scrub builds people have run this "fun" season...

I just play the random arenas and team arenas and I didn't think anything was wrong, except the fact the interface with dead people or leavers are hard to differenciate.

My problem is the Dervish needs balancing more than anything else. It is seriously on par with spirit spamming in the annoyance category. D/mo's are completely overpowered and just beating them takes a very long time as you cannot pressure them and spiking them is very hard to do.

IMHO, the dervish just needs to go. That class will be more or less ineffective if all the proper balancing takes place (but, proper balancing will certainly not take place). The paragon, like assassins and ritualists before it, adds something to metagame and gameplay. What does the dervish do?
