um...I don't see your point. My crip shot ranger eats them at will. I go out of my way to kill them just to make others happy.

The other day we were running a mels arrows, oath trapper with NR, thumper, blessed light team in TA. Our Mels arrows guy (Yes I'm looking at you DELETED) decides to go afk halfway through our first game. So we continue rolling teams for a while with an effing afker. Then, on I think our 6th win, Deleted decides to come back. He gets back on and suddenly he's like, "wow sweet, thanks for the 6 wins guys."
THEN once we get to 10 wins and switch our build, deleted is monking. He then decides to go AFK AGAIN right before our first game for like 2 min. We barely stay alive due to distortion and other block stances, and then halfway through, when half their team is dead, deleted again decides to come back.

I think you posted in the wrong thread. This one is "Favorite PvP moment". Not "The biggest jerk in GW" thread. Unless, for some odd reason, this was a favorite??

Well, both times we still got to 10 wins...
And of course the person in question is the officer in our guild... so -shifty eyes- sshhhh...
EDIT: Yes actually, this would be one of my favorites. Simply because a) it gives you a challenge that you usually don't really get in TA, fighting when outnumbered, b) it's fun rolling teams 3v4, and c) I was on the trapper, and playing a build that normally relies on lots of interrupts to control the team with only one copy of distract shot is suprisingly fun, you end up oath shotting dshot a lot to get stuff, which is pretty 1337. Normally, you just dshot, o look, the mels ranger got it already, change target, o wait, the mels guy got that, etc.

My favourite pvp moments usually happen in GvG's where the opposing team has higher morale, more NPCs, better build and you get a heroic VoD win at the end.

There are just too many 'favorite' PvP moments for me to count, but...
One of my favorites includes using my icy pickaxe to frenzy up on monks and mesmers using physical resistance. In one specific match in TA where it was obvious that both teams came from RA, the opposition had two monks and we had one monk. One of the opposing monks used physical resistance, so I was all over that monk and killed the monk several times. Each time, the other monk used unyielding aura and my team had no enchantment removals. The opposition could never kill any of us and we could not kill anyone other than their physical resistance monk, but we kept playing until each side had a player ragequit and then eventually all of the opposition ragequit.
Another favorite moment regarding stances...having an assassin in RA cast mirrored stance on the first target in range which just so happened to be my warrior. He got a frenzy axe to the face and dropped really fast.

Can't tell you how many times I've done that in RAs back with the old premades. It'd be like... sin casts mirrored stance on me. I have eviscerate charged up... hmm...
-cast frenzy-
-eviscerate-
-dead sin-

One of my favorites would have to be a few months back in RA.
I entered into the burning map (the one with the time limit) on my n/mo. I was running a n00bish massive health build (demonic flesh+ vital blessing + mark of protection =/). 2 of our members raged quit before the game even started, so it was 2v4. Me and my other teammate (he was a ranger I believe) completly dominated the other 4, winning 5-0. It was really really funny

my newb pwnage.
ok this is like my 3 day playing faction, and i decide to bring my lvl9 rit/mo into the arenas. all goes well for the first part of the fight. but soon 2 of my allies die and leave, while the other team just had one death. he left too. then the other person on my team died, so i just started running to go out with a bang. but the other two got distracted, and i was able to healing breese myself past the miasma, and get up onto the bridge and cast a pain. it started attracking. their ele started casting flare to try to kill me, but with my pain, me and the miasma i killed him. Next. The assasin started following me. pained and miasmad him to death. theire rit tried to rez him, but the miasma killed him onec again. Next. theire own rit. a pushover. pained her to death. w00t. in a 3v1 we won.

Mine would be a string of moments - running a retardedly fun Barrageway build with a good r8 [now r9] friend of mine, and holding halls 7 in a row. Got me to rank 3, and it was just ridiculously fun. Basically ignored our hero, and just stopped other teams from capping, mainly with bodyblocking pets. Good fsking times.

Running mostly hex builds right now, any time someone gets so pissed off that they blow a fuse and express their endless hate for me in public chat is an automatic "favorite moment."
Or yesterday when they had an AoD assassin I kept headhunting with shatter enchantment and snares.

You have to use way of Fox, or else they just block u with whriling defence. That the same combo I used, it seem very effective, yet for some reason in AB once a ranger called me a noob for using shock, which is odd considering he was using a sword.(not that I have anthing against a sword ranger, but I bet alot of ppl thourgh his build was stranger than mine, and it's less effective)

Heh, reminds me of when I hit a W/E with blinding flash and he started spamming me with flare, even after the blind wore off. It almost worked, by the time I stopped laughing, half of my health was gone.
