I am new to PvP in general, and was wondering if there is a build that is good to get me going? I am more interested in Heroes' Ascent than just arena pvp, so any fairly easy to play builds, where I can still get into groups would be nice. I want to be able to get into a variety of groups not one specific kind, so I can really learn the different types out there.

Keep in mind that if you're new to HA, you don't have a rank, and most groups will require you to be ranked to join them.

Pretty easy build to play, and most "balanced" builds need a warder :

Shockwave Warder :
El/x

12+4 Earth Magic
12+1 Energy Storage

- Shockwave*
- Aftershock
- Ward against Melee
- Ward against Foes
- Ward of Stability
- Earth Attunement
- (Free slot, Earthquake/Windborne/Extinguish/Mantra of Resolve etc..)
- Resurrection Signet

Most groups will ask you something slightly different, but the core (the 3 wards) will stay the same.

free slot is obs flame for spikes. shockwave warder is awesome pressure.

unsteady ground is pretty sweet too, but I haven't seen a ton of Iway lately in ha for some reason.
