Well, well, things have changed a lot since this time yesterday.

Not only have the Luxons retaken their entire homeland, they now control Durham Archives and Vasburg Armory.

So much for all the trash-talk about how Luxons "suck".

Yes, I know it's all rather meaningless and silly, but I still find the social dynamic rather fascinating.

Whats even more interesting is that I dont think anyone, including the Kurzicks gave a hoot about the line until the Kurzicks started winning. I wonder how they'll feel about it now.

Can anyone post up the screenshots of the canthan map border (want to know the shape of it) while the Luxons have Vasburg armory (and beyond)? I'm at work right now so I can't check out the map myself...

Until these recent events, I didn;t much care about the line. I played AB every once and a while to get faction for jade/amber, and that's it.

I must admit, the Kurzick invasion/Luxon come-back has piqued my interest in AB. I played a dozen games yesterday, a couple this morning, and probably a couple more late tonight (as Luxon).

I'm interested to see if the line will settle again, or if it will swing like a pendulum.

Id assume its gonna keep shifting... you figure if it goes so far into luxon they should be winning like 80% of the time... to really push back kurzicks... then when it gets into kurzick defense visa versa...

Yeah the momentum thingy. Kurz pushed forward but lost alot, and the luxons gained as much then started to get more soon itll be the other way again

so does anyone know if it was a glitch yesterday? that kurzicks were out 30 secs earlier than luxon or is that how it's supposed to be. After a few runs I realized how easy it was for luxon to win, but it still seemed a little weird that kurzicks got so much time to cap before the game actually began

I think Anet is testing the server. There is no way us Kurzicks could have pushed so far in and now luxons are pushing way in. There is almost no possible way. Only a couple explanations and one of them being Anet is testing the servers and maps.

Fascinating? Social dynamic? R U SRS? It's an elementary game mechanic that goes back and forth because it gets so easy to win whenever the fight is on your home turf, and the line doesn't update often enough that any individual or team can really affect the outcome. There's nothing interesting to it

I find it rather funny, a few days ago Kurzicks were been airheaded cause they owned the jade sea, but now it's the other way around, lol. The way this whole thing makes people behiave is intesting. You meatbags are funny.

They weren't released early; there was a glitch in the north-east Kurz spawn where you could walk north slightly and just walk round the gate, allowing you to cap before timer. Our cap group capped all the outside shrines and killed 2npcs before luxons were even out. xD Evil, but amusing.

Anyway, the furthest point the Luxon bounceback was Lutgaris Conservatory, the 4th Kurzick town. I'm surprised that with the Luxons being generally hopeless in Grenz there were just barely enough momentum to move AB to "The Ancestal Lands" for 3 hours and then lost all momentum there after a whole stream of all losses there.

I'm tired of Kurzicks calling us "Suxons", "Turtle H*umpers" etc, are all the Kurzicks immature kids who has bad sportsmanship??
