I would LOVE to get into HA more seriously. Right now I only have 2 fame, but I'm very experienced and whatnot. I tanked an IWAY group for 2 minutes all by myself the other day. (Everyone else was dead.)

This is a nice idea. I'm rank 0 since I just started to go into HA (I always played PvE), although I know quite well how to use the Elementalist in PvP (thanks to RA an TA).
I usually play as Eq/As Warder, but I can reroll to pyromancer or air spiker at will. In a HA battle I also saw the Water Slower + Fire Nuker combo being quite terrific, so I'm glad to be any build that means fun.

Hey nice idea for a thread btw,

Anywho; I'm looking to get into a PvP, my guild is mainly PvE and were trying to expand out...

Problem is that I really don't have much experiance playing PvP..

I'd like to play and practice playing a necromancer in PvP.

Currently am trying a Orders Build currently for a Ranger Spike team...

Anywho I'm interested in playing with any group/build really just wanna have fun; so shoot me a PM and we'll get together and talk.

So i do an aweful lot of pvp. ALOT. my guild is rank 179 and ive unlocked over 200k faction...but i only have 19 fame :/

I can play any build, but am most comfortable with hit&run assassins, adrenal spike wars, any ranger (trap, spike, interupt, crip shot, flag runner, crip/runner, etc). I play a mean blood spike necro as well as a shutdown mes

Hello to all,

I've been busy with work/RL for long, recently I started playing more but Factions got most of my attention. We can try to form groups, but I ask again to everyone put please the info in an easy to read and to combine form .

Also, regarding some posters:

Playing W/Mo won't be much of help, W/Mos are not used in HA and there's reasons for that. I assume if you don't have the patience of getting a secondary profession that's more useful you won't have the patience to get some rank in HA.

To MrFarmer: You can get Eviscerate with henches... it's already hard enough getting in a party and winning even 1 point of faction as it is, without a good skillbar won't be easier, if we are too lazy to capture a skill or unlock it for pvp char we shouldn't expect much...

And I remind to people : There are several basic HA team builds posted in this very thread, please read the thread and try to make a character that complies with one of the builds. Try to be flexible, this will help a great deal in us forming a party that stands a chance and that can provide experience. If you play necro, please capture the elites needed for all necro builds you see. Same goes for other character classes. If you are flexible you:
1. Have higher chances of getting a group (even outside the scope of this thread).
2. Can get experience with various characters and understand better what is needed. A reason the typical W/Mo in PvE has so bad reputation is that they never played a monk or a caster to be aware of what they expect from the Warrior. I assume in PvP it's the same, only much more important to be party-aware.

And so on. Please don't post "I am playing N/Me and use the following 8 skills, i'd like to join in any party" as this is NOT a fame farming service (You can find such in trade forum, but even those will ask you for a specific build and skillset).

Edit: Right now in HA there's ONLY iway teams

Edit: fiery I teamed up some times with a few people from the thread, and I have a long confusing friendslist by now. I have 21 fame right now. This takes action from everyone, I cannot contact 50 people, ask them if they are available, come up with a build, and lead it, I am as inexperienced as everyone else here or more when it comes to HA. What people can do is add some names to friends list, and I will finally try to update the 1st page with names. Would you be interested in leading a group for instance? we need someone with basic knowledge of maps, target priorities etc, until we get a core of players.

2nd Edit: I will put up in the 1st post of the thread the names of the people that gave clean information and flexibility towards what they play. I apologise to the poster who has a w/mo supertank, I am trying to make a thread for people that:

1. Want to get some ranking in HA
2. Are patient, willing to learn the maps/builds required, so we won't try Mending Bomb HA team build , I seriously don't feel it will work.
3. Can keep away from "omg noobs" comments, in other words can show some maturity. I'm not saying that a game, and especially pvp can be a monastery where everyone is kind and sweet, but quiting after 2 min because the team is noob will lead to getting r3 by winning random 1 pointers.

I am r1 56 fame. i hate doing iway, ut gotta do it till im r3. its teh only way unless you got some r3 friends or a guild group. i have unlocked 150k+faction can play elemental,rangers,and necro builds. My character i have and always will have is Ranger In The Water PM me sometime.

On my previous account i was r3(almost r4), on my current account i am r0. I also have difficulty getting into groups, one is because i dont like iway. two, i tend to look for balance groups.

and when someone is trying to form one, i immediately PM them and let them know what i can do and stuff, usually they accept me. i am still r0 lol, with 9 fame. but i got that quick due to someone willing to accept me.

if you need a spare, i usually play 9pm-12mn est everyday. ign: sorril pve, or john lirros. i like playing a ranger and warrior. mesmer soon.
